Non Teaching Positions
CCA Flexi Adjunct Teachers
Teachers-in-charge of co-curricular activities (CCA) play an important role in managing the CCA in a school. Your main responsibilities as a CCA teacher are:

To collaborate with other teachers IC of CCA and the coach/ instructor in delivery of the CCA Programme to achieve CCA objectives

To monitor students’ participation

To assist in coordinating CCA resources for effective CCA delivery and ensure that CCA attendance are submitted on time and with accuracy
Requirements

Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Able to commit to up to 1 academic year

Prior teaching experience or experience working on youth programmes is an advantage

Procurement Officer
We are seeking a strategic Procurement Officer to join our Procurement team. You will be responsible for all delegated duties related to the procurement of goods and services for the school.
Reporting to the Senior Manager (Operations and Procurement), you will ensure compliance with school procurement policies, maintain procurement records, manage supplier relationships and support internal departments with their procurement needs.
Key Responsibilities
Budget Planning & Governance
- Assist in budget planning by collating past purchasing information required for the purchase of department’s future resources in a timely manner.
- Monitor the utilization of operational and capital expenditure budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with approved plans.
- Demonstrate awareness of prevailing principles of good governance and internal controls and conduct tasks in alignment with them.
- Maintain proper procurement records and documentation to support transparency and audit requirements.
Procurement Operation
- Assist budget holders to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with established policies, procedures, and statutory guidelines.
- Administer GeBIZ-related requests and procedures across procurement life cycle.
- Support relevant requests and clarifications on procurement operations system administration.
- Support the evaluation process by developing matrix descriptors, assisting in shortlisting for interviews
- Record scoring of general evaluation criteria, enabling users to focus on methodologies, designs, and proposals as a value-added service.
- Support raising purchase requisition and invoices for verification by Estate Officers in RGS’s B2P system.
Contract & Vendor Management
- Understand terms and conditions of contract to identify rights and obligations of all parties as well as scope of deliverables, and collates information required to assess provisions and deviations on contract.
- Track contract renewals and maintain the contract register.
- Support periodic supplier evaluations and escalate issues where necessary.
Administration
- Preparation of bite sized quarterly newsletter.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field, preferably in purchasing operations, supply chain management or project management.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement/supply chain industry.
- Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft and other school supported applications to complete tasks effectively.
- Good knowledge of Infocom Technology and awareness of cybersecurity measures.
- Good organizing abilities, interpersonal and communications skills.

Human Resources Executive
We are looking for a proactive and meticulous HR Executive to join our
Human Resources team. In this role, you will help uphold our standards
of excellence by ensuring robust HR operations, supporting staff well-being,
and strengthening the overall employee experience. You will work closely
with the Human Resource Manager, and partner with school leaders and staff
to enable a supportive, values-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Compensation Administration
-
Manage the full monthly payroll and CPF submission process, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.

Administer and verify special payouts including PSD-declared bonuses, performance-related payments, annual merit increments, promotions, and the Connect Plan.
-
Review and recommend salary packages for new hires, internal movements, and promotion cases according to internal guidelines and market norms.
-
Maintain and reconcile the Connect Plan schedule to ensure accurate computation and payouts.
Performance Management & Recognition
-
Support School Leaders in the annual performance appraisal, ranking, and bonus review exercises.
-
Coordinate the annual salary review process, including data collation, analysis, and preparation of proposals.
Promotion & Career Progression
-
Plan and oversee the annual promotion cycle, including eligibility checks, preparation of promotion letters, salary adjustments, and HR system updates.
Staff Insurance & Welfare Administration
-
Oversee staff insurance matters such as policy renewals, claims processing, and liaison with insurers to ensure appropriate and timely coverage.

Serve as the point of contact for staff queries related to insurance coverage, benefits, and claims procedures.
Staff Welfare, Recognition & Engagement
-
Administer staff welfare initiatives including staff gifts, get-well hampers, and recognition efforts that foster a caring and engaged staff community.
Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Development, or related field.
-
At least 3 years of relevant experience, including Payroll Administration using Times Software.

Experience within the education sector is advantageous.
-
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships.

Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Strong project management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
