About Us
The Hong Leong Foundation Filiae Centre, is a one-stop student development centre (a first for Singapore secondary schools) committed to supporting students in thriving within the RGS community. The Filiae Centre provides support for students who may need assistance across a range of areas, and helps them develop wellness practices they can carry beyond school.
Mission
The mission of the Hong Leong Foundation Filiae Centre is to create a culture that supports the personal development and academic success of students using an integrative, holistic framework. Through inclusive and collaborative programming, support services and campus initiatives, the Centre cultivates engagement in lifelong wellbeing practices that enhance students’ ability to thrive within the RGS community and beyond.

Meet our Staff
The Hong Leong Foundation Filiae Centre is staffed by three School Counsellors, an Education and Career Guidance (ECG) Counsellor, and a Student Services Officer. Together, the team supports students in navigating school, family, friendships, career guidance, and personal matters. The counsellors also work closely with key school personnel to provide holistic care and support for the overall well-being of our students.
