Racial Harmony Day

Decked in an array of vibrant ethnic costumes, students and staff gathered to celebrate the beauty of our diverse races and religions as we commemorated Racial Harmony Day with the theme "Singapore: Our Multicultural Mosaic."

We were treated to a captivating performance by yIN Harmony, which showcased the diversity of traditional instruments and how they enrich the multicultural fabric of our society. The rich tapestry of our multi-ethnic society allowed for a unique presentation of various traditional instruments.

Our Parents for RGS Association (PRGS) set up fun game stations offering traditional games like five stones and capteh, as well as craft stations giving students the opportunity to create their own scented "bunga rampai" (mixed flowers) and practice Chinese knot tying.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated Parents for RGS Association (PRGS), enthusiastic students, and everyone who worked alongside our committed staff to make this Racial Harmony Day a memorable celebration of our multicultural mosaic.
